The Worthy Group is a local, family owned company committed to building and improving residential homes in the Auburn, AL area. Our focus is on delivering high-quality craftsmanship tailored to each client's needs and vision. Founder Bud Worthy has called Auburn home since 1993, when he moved here to attend Auburn University. In 1999 he met his wife Beth, and together they chose Auburn as the place to build their life and raise their family. Over the years they have come to deeply appreciate and cherish the Loveliest Village on the plains and its surrounding communities. With over 20 years of experience in residential construction - including custom homes, spect homes, and home additions - Bud brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep passion for building. His journey began as a teenager, working summers in commercial construction in Columbus, GA. After graduating from Auburn University, Bud pursued his passion full-time, working in residential construction and forming The Worthy Group.

One of the things that sets The Worthy Group apart is that Bud personally manages and is hands-on and actively involved on-site with every project - from the first consultation to the final walk-through. Clients work directly with him and a trusted project manger with over 20 years of experience. You won't be handed off to someone unfamiliar and inexperienced. This personal involvement ensures clear communication, consistent oversight, and a level of care that's hard to find in today's building industry.
